From the 30th of April 2014, ENAC (the National Civil Aviation Authority) regulations for SAPR ("Remote Piloted Air Systems" or more commonly called drones). The legislation applies to all Professional Operators who intend to use remotely piloted aircraft systems for professional aerial work. In order to do so, it is necessary to be authorized by ENAC to carry out what are technically called "Specialized Operations".

Only Operators who have complied with the provisions of the Regulation on "Remote Piloting Aircraft Systems" and in possession of a specific RC Policy are to be considered Authorized. The list of operators recognized is constantly updated and available on the ENAC website below
